Savour The Best Umbria Has to Offer

Spend a long weekend enjoying some of the best hidden spots in Umbria. Start off your weekend learning how to make the best pizzas in Il Borgo di Olive’s wood-fired pizza oven, followed by a pizza dinner. Day 2 starts off with a stunning drive along the shores of Lake Corbara to Salviano Winery, where we will taste some delicious wines while enjoying a 4 course lunch. The day will be capped off with a delightful seasonal dinner in front of the huge open fire at the castello. On Day 3 we will visit Carsulae, the ancient Roman city which dates back to 220 BC. We will then head to San Felice Brewery where we will enjoy a craft beer paired with a small bite. As we kick off our sausage-themed afternoon we will stop by Tamborini’s farm and butcher shop before heading back to Il Borgo di Olive to learn how to make sausages. The weekend will be capped off with a meat themed dinner!

Day 3: Breakfast, Carsulae Visit, San Felice Brewery Tasting and light lunch, Butcher Visit and Sausage Making Class and Meat Themed Dinner
Day 4: Breakfast and Departure
